How does the upgrade work?

• If you have automatic app updates turned on, you will receive the new version automatically. This may take up to 24 hours and is controlled by the device.
• If you don’t have automatic updates turned on, you will be prompted to update the app the next time you open it. This prompt may also take up to 24 hours to appear.
• When logging into the new version for the first time, you will need both your Member Number and your PIN.
