Info on Members:

Wesley: He works in a communications company and lives in south Co Dublin. He joined First Tech 17 years ago and has taken out a number of loans with First Tech over the years. He took out a Once in a Lifetime Loan in March 2024 to build a garden office.

Vinayaka: He works in a big technology company and lives in south County Dublin. He joined First Tech in September 2023 and took out a Welcome Loan in April 2024 to clear an existing loan so he could move to a lower interest rate.

1. The Application Process:

Wesley: "It was pretty straight forward... we did everything online and once we had the required documents, we simply had to upload these into the application portal and fill out some forms. Really simple!"

Vinayaka: "The process was quick and efficient".

Lorna: "They made me feel like I was the only customer it was a fantastic experience".

2. The Turnaround Time for Loan Approval

Wesley: "Once we had submitted our application, we were approved... and the money was transferred to our account. It was genuinely very quick and painless."

Vinayaka: "It was very quick. I was able to get the loan as soon as I submitted all the required documents".

Lorna: It was ‘so easy had money in account in 3 days’.

3. The Overall Experience:

Wesley: "We have applied for several loans with First Tech over the years and I have never had a bad experience. This experience was no different. The online tool is great and if you need to talk to someone directly they are available and really nice to deal with."

Vinayaka: "I am very happy with the overall service that First Tech provide. The process was very smooth and I got a quick response for any queries I had".

Lorna: First Tech were " absolutely brilliant todeal with…the lady kept checking in on me and letting me know status".

Wesley: "Absolutely, the credit union is a brilliant institution and First Tech are brilliant to deal with. The staff make themselves available if you need them, they call you back, they reply to your questions and in our case with this loan application, they kept us updated on progress."
