Member Loan Satisfactory Survey

We recently conducted a survey among our members who’ve taken out loans with First Tech over the last 5 years. Our aim was to gain valuable feedback about our members’ experiences during the loan application process. We are delighted to let you know that we got hundreds of responses and that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Here are some of the key highlights form the survey:

Speed of Approval: The vast majority of members expressed satisfaction with the speed of the loan approval process. 82% stated that the process was very quick and a further 14% stated it was quick.

Customer Support: The survey revealed that the lending team played a very positive role in enhancing the lending experience for members with 89% stating that the lending experience was excellent with a further 9% stating it was good.

Likelihood to Refer: 88% of respondents stated that they were very likely to recommend First Tech to their family and colleagues and a further 10% said they were likely to do so.

With regard to the purpose of the loan, Home Improvement was the top answer with 42%, followed by Car Purchase at 32%. Holiday accounted for 6%, Debt Consolidation 5%; Special Occasion 4%; Education 3% and Other 8%.

74% of respondents were aware that you could top up an existing loan or apply for a new one with First Tech and 81% answered our competition question correctly. The answer, of course, was that you can borrow up to €120,000 with First Tech.
