All eligible members of the Credit Union can apply for Member Death Benefit Insurance (MDBI).
First Tech Credit Union is pleased to offer Member Death Benefit Insurance which means that in the event of a member's death, a sum of €3,000 will be paid to the nominated person on the account. This €3,000 is in addition to Life Savings Insurance.
The premium relating to this programme is currently €88 per person per annum.
This is an opt-in programme and is available to all members who join the programme before their 71st birthday.
Enrolment for this product is twice yearly in January and July.

To become a member of First Tech, you must work in the ICT (Information & Communications Technology) sector or be a direct family relation of another person who is currently a member of the credit union.
