Complaints Procedure

At First Tech Credit Union, we always aim to offer our members the best possible service. However, there may be occasions when we get it wrong.

Feedback from our members is important to us; it allows us to respond to your needs and improve the products and services we offer to our members. However, we recognise that on some occasions, things may go wrong, and you may encounter a problem with some aspects of our products or services. Should this happen, we would like you to tell us about your experience.

First Tech is committed to ensuring that a complaint/dispute against the credit union will be resolved in a fair, timely and equitable manner and in so far as is possible to the satisfaction of the members.

We have a designated staff member to handle your complaint: Niamh Howe, Complaints Officer.

In the event that you are unhappy with the outcome of our investigation and the final response as provided to you, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman’s Bureau.
